If your project includes educating caregivers for orphans, the website www.fairstart.net/training is a free complete education program for orphan caregivers in research based care. The program comes in 8 languages at the site including Spanish, and more language versions are being made. I have just been training trainers in Indonesia, they are making a Bahasi language version since the program is now standard education for staffs in their 8000 orphanages.
