Why international cooperation is so important
Dear friends and colleagues,
Earlier this year I was honoured to have an article published in “Child & Youth Services”, an international magazine on child and youth care.
The article is an argument for why it is so important that we – social educators and social pedagogues, care and support workers – continue to develop and strengthen our profession on an international level. We must continue to fight for the recognition of our work and only through joint forces will we be able to succeed.
Please read the article here.
Yours sincerely,
Benny Andersen
Dear Benny
Sorry but I could not share the honor of reading your article published in “Child and Youth Services, the international magazine on child and youth care.
I am an educator and social pedagogue, or Social Pedagogue. I was interested to know about the article. Please could you send it? If possible could you send the article as a document as text – if possible! I’m from Brazil. I am researching our profession and I long to produce an article on education in the context of social protection program for children and adolescents under threat of death. And would be very interesting to exchange some ideas with you. “Continue to develop and strengthen our profession at the international level. ”
Sincerely,
Joelson Sousa
